Front end page has been colored in by a juvenile. Previous owner's names written in pencil to front free end page, verso of front free end page, and rear paste down. Minor browning and foxing to edges of pages. Very light damp staining to edges of some pages. Very light creasing to bottom inside corner of pages which appears to be the result of a bump. Black and white illustration on page 85 has been hand-colored in pink and yellow. Minor soiling to that page. Open tear to top corner of page 17 and bottom corner of page 179. Crack to interior though binding remains tight. Else is clean and bright with beautiful full color and black and white illustrations throughout. INSCRIPTION to copyright page reads: "To Marie W.
